At Horze, we want you and your horse to be completely satisfied with your gear. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return any unused items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring they are clean and free of horse hair or dirt.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the return label to your box and drop it off at any authorized shipping location or schedule a carrier pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the equestrian equipment, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
