Matching neck cover for the Bucas Smartex Turnout Classic Cut turnout rugs. The neck cover attaches to the rug on both sides with hook-and-loop fasteners. It closes at the front with two adjustable hook-and-loop straps for a secure fit. Like the rug, the neck cover is waterproof, windproof and breathable, and offers a wide temperature range.
